Parcel data assembled during digitising accumulates working fields, inconsistent dates, and personal information that must not be handed on. This tool brings a batch of layers to a consistent, deliverable state in one run.

ការប្រើប្រាស់

  • Clean and Copy? decides whether the inputs are modified in place or copied:
    • Checked — Cleaned copies are written to Output Workspace, leaving the originals untouched. This is the safe option.
    • Unchecked — The input layers are modified in place. There is no undo; make a backup first.
  • Input Features accepts multiple polygon layers and processes them all.
  • Exclude Owner field removes the owner field from the output. Use it when producing a dataset for onward distribution, so personal information is not shared beyond its intended recipient.
  • Drop unrequired fields? removes working fields that are not part of the standard parcel schema.
  • Check date field? validates the date fields and reports values that are malformed or out of range.
  • Digitizer's Name stamps the responsible digitiser into the data, which is the usual requirement for traceability on a cadastral delivery.
  • Change Suffix and Enter Suffix control output naming when copying. Use them to mark a batch — for example, a _clean suffix — so cleaned outputs are distinguishable from the source.

The geodatabase or feature dataset that receives the cleaned copies. Required when Clean and Copy? is checked.

Exclude Owner fieldជម្រើសBoolean

Removes the owner field from the output. Use when the dataset will be distributed onward.

Change Suffixជម្រើសBoolean

Enables a custom suffix on output names.

  • Checked — Enter Suffix is enabled.
  • Unchecked — Default naming is used.
Enter Suffixជម្រើសString

The suffix appended to each output name. Required when Change Suffix is checked.

របៀបប្រើ

  1. On the KGA Toolbox tab, in the Geoprocessing group, open the Cadastral Tools gallery and click Parcel Cleaner.
  2. Check Clean and Copy? and set Output Workspace, so the originals are preserved.
  3. In Input Features, select every parcel layer in the batch.
  4. Type the responsible digitiser's name in Digitizer's Name.
  5. Check Drop unrequired fields? and Check date field?.
  6. If the output will be distributed beyond the immediate recipient, check Exclude Owner field.
  7. To mark the batch, check Change Suffix and type a suffix such as _clean.
  8. Click Run, then review any date validation messages reported.
