LMAP Layer

LMAP is the field format Cambodia's Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction requires for cadastral submissions. This tool produces data already in that schema rather than retrofitting it afterwards.

Export Feature? switches the tool between its two modes: All parameters are marked optional because which ones apply depends on the mode.

Unchecked — create	Output New LMAP feature, Output Coordinate System
Checked — export	Input Features to Export, Output workspace

Prevent Duplicate UPRNs guards the unique parcel reference number. A duplicate UPRN invalidates a submission, so keep this enabled unless there is a specific reason not to. The tool ensures Global IDs exist on the feature class to support the check.
Auto Calculate parcel_no? populates the parcel_no field automatically, and Auto Entry Date stamps the entry date field. Both save manual attribute entry and remove the transcription errors that come with it.
Digitizer's Name records the responsible digitiser, as the specification requires.
Output Coordinate System applies when creating a new layer. Set it to the coordinate system the submission requires — for Cambodia, normally WGS 1984 UTM Zone 48N.
Feature class names are validated when exporting; a name that does not meet geodatabase rules is reported.

Output Coordinate Systemជម្រើស	Spatial Reference	The coordinate system of the new layer. Used in create mode.
Digitizer's Nameជម្រើស	String	The digitiser's name, recorded as the specification requires.

របៀបប្រើ

Create a new LMAP layer

On the KGA Toolbox tab, in the Geoprocessing group, open the Cadastral Tools gallery and click LMAP Layer.
Leave Export Feature? unchecked.
Set Output New LMAP feature to the feature class to create.
Set Output Coordinate System to the coordinate system the submission requires.
Type the digitiser's name in Digitizer's Name.
Check Prevent Duplicate UPRNs, Auto Calculate parcel_no?, and Auto Entry Date.
Click Run, then digitise into the new layer.

Export existing layers into the LMAP schema

Open the tool and check Export Feature?.
In Input Features to Export, select the layers to convert.
Set Output workspace.
Set Digitizer's Name and the automatic-field options as above.
Click Run, then review any name validation messages.
