ការប្រើប្រាស់

  • Available Layer lists the layers and tables in the map. Select All and Clear select and deselect the whole list.
  • Name Prefix and Name Suffix are applied to every exported name. Use them to mark a batch — a date, a version, or a delivery code — so the exports are distinguishable from the source data and from earlier batches.
  • Use selected feature only exports just the features currently selected in each layer, rather than the whole layer. Note this applies per layer: a layer with no selection exports in full.
  • Add exported layer to map? adds each export to the current map. Leave it unchecked for a large batch, which would otherwise fill the Contents pane.
  • To split a single table into many files by an ID field, use ID-Based CSV Exporter instead — that is a different operation from exporting many layers.

Parameters for Batch Export

Available Layer

The layers and tables available to export. Select All and Clear toggle the whole list.

Output Location

The workspace or folder that receives the exports.

Name Prefix

Text placed before each exported name.

Name Suffix

Text placed after each exported name.

Use selected feature only

Exports only the features selected in each layer. A layer with no selection exports in full.

Add exported layer to map?

Adds each exported dataset to the current map.

Export

Runs the export.

របៀបប្រើ

  1. On the KGA Toolbox tab, in the Data Management group, open the VectorIQ menu, point to Extract, and click Batch Export.
  2. Tick the layers to export in Available Layer, or click Select All.
  3. Set Output Location.
  4. Type a Name Prefix or Name Suffix to mark the batch.
  5. For a large batch, leave Add exported layer to map? unchecked.
  6. Click Export, then Close.
